Charming Charlie at Mercato is Now Open

Charming Charlie (CC) is a 2010 “Hot Retailer” winner by The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Founded in Houston, Texas in 2004, Charming Charlie is opening stores at select shopping centers around the country.
