Premier is Opening Doors at the Bonita Bay

Premier Properties is hosting an exclusive open house at all of the high-rises at Bonita Bay, on Sunday, May 16 from Noon to 5pm. Featured will be the six Bonita Bay high-rises created by The Lutgert Companies beginning with Vistas, Horizons, Estancia, Azure, Esperia South and the recently completed luxury tower, Tavira. Each building is distinct in its architecture and floor plans with multidirectional panoramas of Estero Bay, Bonita Beach and the Gulf of Mexico to the west, and the nature preserves, golf courses and open spaces of the 2,400-acre Bonita Bay community to the east.
Designers from Robb and Stucky, Gary David Designs, Antonacci Design Group and Collins and DuPont will be in attendance, at select Tavira model residences, to answer questions and discuss décor, techniques, design and furnishings. Maps will be provided to attendees at the entrance to Bonita Bay of the specific residences that will be open.
To close the event, guests will be treated to a tour of the Tavira rooftop amenity terrace with its exceptional views overlooking preserve, bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
