The “Mariana” model makes its grand debut in the exclusive enclave of Estuary at Grey Oaks. Located at 1280 Osprey Trail, the classically furnished model by Covelli Development Group enjoys spectacular panoramic lake, fairway and green views of the 5th hole of the Estuary Championship golf course.
Grand in scale, the “Mariana” has 6,910 square-feet of indoor living space, which includes six bedrooms; five full baths; a powder room and pool bath; a dedicated theatre room; cherry paneled library and an 1,100-bottle temperature-controlled Malaysian Mahogany wine room. Cutting-edge technologies throughout the home provide touch-of-a-button conveniences for the security system, the Crestron lighting system, controls for pool and spa, and a sound system with LCD keypads.
Upon entry, custom Mahogany double doors open to the foyer of crema marfil marble flooring with pattern inset, and an Alabaster circular pendant chandelier in the rotund ceiling. Views of the grand swimming pool and golf course are seen through the three 13-foot arched windows of the formal living room. A floor-to-ceiling fireplace, made of white marble imported from Syria, and double step crown moulding in the tray ceiling are highlights of the formal living room.
Spanning nearly the full width of the home, a corridor of archways with marble flooring serves as the main artery to access each wing and individual rooms. Each end of the corridor is anchored by a custom arched display niche with crown moulding and wainscoting.
To the left of entry, the formal dining room that comfortably seats ten, has a groin vault ceiling with metallic faux finish and custom chandelier The temperature-controlled wine cellar, complete with corking station and natural rustic stone flooring, is across the hallway and adjacent to the kitchen.
Grandeur prevails in the open kitchen and family room arrangement, which is the heart of the home. The elegant, yet, relaxing environment provides a full view of the pool area and exceptional views of the lake and golf course. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with two Sub-Zero refrigerators/freezer drawers, Wolf natural gas range, Miele Cappuccino maker, two Bosch dishwashers, and cabinetry hand-glazed onsite by local artisans. Get your engine running and get to the Mercato’s Car Show on Saturday January 16th from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Over 100 luxury automobiles will be on display including Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Rolls-Royces and more, courtesy of auto clubs Naples Ferrari, West Coast Muscle Car and Cool Cruisers. The event is to benefit Eden Florida Autism.
Fun for the whole family is scheduled with live musical entertainment by 32 Deuces, Kenny Grubbs, and Symon; a magician; balloon art; face painting and more. A special treat will feature local artist, Cesar Aguilera, who will do a “drip art” painting of Mr. Enzo Ferrari. A video of Ferrari’s life story and the dream behind the machine will play in the background. Drip Art is likened to the process first used by Jackson Pollock in 1947, who would pour or drip paint onto canvas. The painting he creates will be given to Eden Florida to be auctioned off to raise funds for their charity. A gallery of Aguilera’s works can be seen on http://www.cesaraguilera.com/.
Founded in 1996, Eden Florida was formed to address the state’s growing need for individualized specialized services for children and adults with autism and their families. Modeled after Eden’s lifespan program in New Jersey, Eden Florida’s services range from comprehensive outreach, including program consultations and early intervention, to 12-month education for school age students and residential and employment services for adults.
The Naples Ferrari Club was formed by Kim Pemberton, in 2003, to meet the growing needs of “Ferraristi” in Southwest Florida. The Club brings together Ferrari owners and car enthusiasts through social and charitable events held in the surrounding area, nationally, and internationally.
“We are excited above having our car show at Mercato,” said Pemberton. “We have gained a large following for the annual car show held in downtown Naples, and look forward to expanding the event to Mercato.”
Frank Garabino with Eden Florida formed a relationship with Pemberton several years ago and they have been friends ever since. “If it weren’t for Kim and the Ferrari club, we couldn’t do what we have done for autism,” said Garabino. “Kim has a soft spot for our organization, and his support over the years has been tremendous.”
The event is open to the public and there is no charge, but donations are appreciated. For more information 239.403.2204 or www.mercatoshops.com.
