Bennigan's Reopens at the Promenade

The Lutgert Companies today announced the grand reopening of Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern at The Promenade at Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs, Florida. Under new ownership, the tavern-themed casual dining restaurant occupies approximately 7,000 square feet and has seating to accommodate 200 guests.
“We are very pleased to announce the return of Bennigan’s to The Promenade,” said Dougall McCorkle, Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for The Lutgert Companies. “This restaurant has always been a popular draw for our shopping center but was unfortunately forced to close when the national parent company filed for bankruptcy last year. Bennigan’s is now under a new franchisee but it offers the same popular menu.”
